Here you can purchase a McDonnell Douglas / Boeing T-45 and a Northrop T-38 Talon tag combo pack. There are only 10 of these combo packs available and they will have matching serial numbers. 
 
Note: The T-38 tag picurted is a Stenciled tag, but the T-38 tag included in the combo pack is a White one (single thickness, no rivets, fastener, or stenciling).
